Dipped Headlights Not Working - posted in Problems, Questions and Technical: Ok so after searching on the forum i saw it could be the relay, I changed my dim/dip relay that everyone was banging on about, and that hasnt worked. I also changed the switch in case that burned out, and checked the earths and the fuses. The dipped beams still arent working, only the side lights, and the full beam I've recently come up against a problem where the RH headlight on my 2007 Honda Jazz does not work when dipped.

testing complete. high beams work and I can see the voltage on pin #5. low beams do not work but I can see the voltage on pins 2 & 3. So, it seems that my combo switch is working. Since I don't have a schematic for the rest, I'm not sure how to proceed. thoughts? @RJV: The low beams are standard H7 bulbs. thanks!

I have since replaced the relay as advised by the RAC guy and I still have no dipped headlights! No idea what has gone wrong here and I've literally just got in from trying to resolve it. - ALL lights work apart from my dipped lights (side lights, full beam etc all work) - Checked fuses, all fine. If a headlight fuse blows, it could cause the headlights to stop working. Most headlight systems are also designed with a relay that switches the power between low beam and high beam headlights. If this relay goes bad, it could allow power to the high beams, but not the low beams. Both headlights are not working on dipped beam, however the sidelights and high beam are working ok.
